Why AutoJoy
The phone rings. The work doesn't stop.
In an independent shop, the person who knows the answer is often under a car, at the counter, or already helping someone. Most callers won't leave a voicemail. They just call the next shop.
We started by listening: cold calls, shop visits, and rough prototypes. Our first product focused on website chat, but every conversation kept coming back to the phone. So we built AutoJoy to answer calls, texts, and chats in one place, with the context to help customers and the judgment to pass a call to your team when it matters.
“Technology should feel like another capable person at the front desk, not another system your team has to manage.”
